With over a decade of experience, Kaspar Kaldoja is a highly skilled trainer who blends science-backed methods with hands-on expertise. He holds degrees in Exercise and Sports Sciences from the University of Tartu, Physiotherapy from Tartu Health Care College and additional qualifications from M.I. Massage School.

Kaspar’s background in professional football and coaching at top-tier clubs has given him a deep understanding of movement biomechanics and athletic development. This allows him to help clients improve performance, prevent injuries and recover effectively.

As a personal trainer, Kaspar tailors his approach to each individual—whether you’re a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or an advanced athlete aiming to maximize performance. His physiotherapy expertise ensures a well-rounded perspective, considering injury prevention, rehabilitation and overall health.
